Host An Online or In-person Event
The KMDMP “Trampled Manuscripts” Artists Residencies bring klezmer experts to your city to co-create fun and engaging concerts and workshops. We would love to help to promote Ashkenazic expressive culture in your community!
Volunteer
We always have multiple projects happening at once. There is almost always transcription, data entry, translation (especially Yiddish, Russian, and Ukrainian), or other volunteer work that we’d love to have your help with!

Kiselgof-Makonovestky Digital Manuscript Project (KMDMP)
Contributions to KMDMP support the transcription work, administration, and ongoing research on this valuable manuscript collection. Learn more about the project at klezmerinstitute.org/kmdmp.
Publishing/Resource Development
The Klezmer Institute is proud to self-publish tune folios, pamphlets, and small books to provide high-quality, low-cost resources to our community. We also actively maintain an extensive resource page on our website with digital resources. Donations to this fund help with the costs of printing, editing & design, and administration.
Klezmer Archive Project
Your contribution to this fund goes directly to support the programers, archivists, and administrators developing this cutting edge digital humanities project.
